Peer support for your team
Peer support for your team.
Our peer support coaches have personal experience with mental health challenges, whether through their own journeys or by supporting others in a personal or professional capacity. Each coach has completed accredited peer support training or an equivalent qualification, ensuring they have the skills, boundaries, and understanding needed to support others effectively.
Peer support coaches do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Instead, they offer strength-based conversations centred on hope, resilience, and practical insight, grounded in real-world experience and evidence-informed training.
Support begins with a genuine, human conversation built on trust, respect, and shared understanding. From there, coaches provide encouragement, perspective, and practical strategies shaped by their own recovery journeys and professional training.
Important: We will never call or email you to ask for a donation.
